"Excellent service! We didn't want to try and deal with Uber or any other car service a few years back. I stumbled onto Michael's company through Yelp. Gave them a shot and didn't have any issues. If you like to communicate via text and get your questions answered quickly then this is definitely right up your alley. I'm hands on with all my reservations and services and being able to communicate with Michael whenever I needed was great. I'm one to want confirmation a few times before going on a big trip and Michael makes it easy. Just give them the info of your flight, contact them again the day before and then the day of and it's VERY smooth! Price is right too! I could have saved a whole $7 by going with Uber but then you don't know what you're going to get. Tyler was our driver during our March 2025 Disneyland trip both from and then to the airport. Was able to communicate directly with Tyler and even left it up to him what time would be best to leave the hotel to make our flight. Told Tyler we wanted to get to Long Beach airport 2 hours before our flight and he did it with ease. There was a big accident on the freeway the morning we were leaving so Tyler took the backroads and still got us there on time. We knew ahead of time it was cash only as I asked. Always ask. It's important to know how to pay for services ahead of time. Would absolutely recommend!!"
